Born from the ashes of prog bands NOW and EPISODE, when JS snd Tom Fejes joined the Chicken (which also included Nick Peck, keys) in 2000  it morphed into the weighty flightless bird we now know and love.

 

Inspired by bands such as the Dead and Phish, the Chicken attempts to take their music into the zone and try to bring it back.  A healthy dose of humor helps.
